Freeze & Storm Protection Programs

Freeze Protection: Country Butler can provide a very valuable service for the times that we have Freezing Weather. We will insulate all of your exterior pipes, valves, faucets, water well pipes, livestock water tank lines and exposed drain traps on your property. Each solution is  customized to the needs of your property.

Winter Protection

In conjunction with insulating the pipes on the outside, and when the property is vacant, Country Butler will set your furnace at 50 degrees in the house. We will also check to see if you have enough propane if you have a propane heater. The basic heat level will help keep pipes in walls and ceilings from freezing.

Storm Damage

One thing we do get around the Green Hills are storms that come up from the Gulf. Country Butler can provide “PRE-STORM” preparedness program by securing lawn furniture, loose objects, board up windows, or activate systems you have already installed like roll down shutters. Loose items can be stored in your garage or in the house to prevent them from becoming air borne missiles. After the storm passes, we can go out and inspect and take digital photos and email them to you. We can then unpack all items and place them back in service if you wish.

Or if you just need our services to go out to your property to inspect any damage and take digital pictures, we can do that and report back to you the status. If there are immediate emergencies, like broken windows, physical damage, we will contact you ASAP to address the problem.

Christmas & Holiday Decoration

Prepare now for your Christmas Lighting and Decorations Program. Decoration programs are not limited to Christmas. We can also do Halloween, Easter, or special events.

We will set up your interior and exterior decorations either per your current designs or we can provide services for designing new themes and systems. We provide set up and take down of your decorations. All of your decorations will be packed in containers that you provide or we can provide you containers as required. Christmas decorating needs to be planned in advanced. That means today is not too early for advanced design and the time needed to purchase the decorations and the time needed to install electrical if not currently available as required for safety. Exteriors will need to be started before Thanksgiving depending on the size of the design and the time table once the season starts.

Aging in Place Services

Customized solutions for the home of individuals that need assistance with mobility around the home. Examples of these solutions are, increasing the height of the sofa, some chairs, tables, grab rails in the shower/bathroom, grab rails in the bedroom, hallway, entrance, ramps, etc. Remote control electrical switches, switch extensions. Attachment of tables, dressers, bookcases to walls or floor to prevent tip overs when the individual is getting up from a chair or is holding on to a piece of furniture when walking around.
